Elevate strategic initiatives at Pratt & Whitney Canada as a Manager of Strategic Planning. This role focuses on optimizing engine availability, supporting internal clients, and managing the PWCL planning team.
As the primary point of contact for internal clients, you will report directly to the Senior Manager in this full-time, on-site position in Longueuil. Your responsibilities include overseeing engine planning communication and developing approaches for effective delivery. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the rental fleet meets customer expectations while maintaining strong internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead communication of engine planning across teams
• Drive new engine planning processes with production
• Implement value stream approaches in delivery systems
• Ensure rental fleet serviceability to meet client demands
• Understand inventory levels for assigned aircraft models
Requirements:
• 8 years of relevant experience or 5 years with a Master’s
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other tools is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in uncertain environments
• Fluent in English for technical and customer interactions Utilize your strategic insight and leadership at Pratt & Whitney Canada to impact the aerospace industry.
