Key Responsibilities
• Mentor and manage a talented team of Business Analysts
• Foster an inclusive environment for high performance
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs
• Drive the continuous enhancement of analysis KPIs
• Oversee hiring and succession planning within the team
Requirements:
• 2+ years of leadership experience in Business Analysis
• 5+ years of technical analysis experience in software projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and SDLC methodology
• Exceptional communication skills for various audience levels
• CBAP certification required; other credentials are beneficial Take charge of a Business Analysis team that influences key enterprise initiatives while ensuring the delivery of effective business solutions.
