As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you will help determine immediate and long-term business strategy. You will set OKRs, build business and investment cases, measure performance, and support business reviews. You will also engage cross-functional teams to define problems, create prototypes, and improve workflows through responsible AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect processes, data, tools, and decision points
- Translate strategic visions into sequenced delivery steps
- Test solutions with users and measure their impact
- Support business strategy and performance analysis
- Turn evidence into clear insights, choices, and actions
Requirements:
- Experience structuring ambiguous business problems
- Ability to work with business data and test assumptions
- Experience delivering AI workflows, agents, or tools
- Sound judgment about accuracy and confidential information
- Ability to explain solution workings and limitations
Use systems thinking, strategic judgment, and responsible AI practices to help Clio teams adopt better ways of working.
