Turn strategic decisions into adopted AI solutions with Clio’s Strategy & Operations team, working in Vancouver or Toronto with the AI Centre of Excellence. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you will help determine immediate and long-term business strategy. You will set OKRs, build business and investment cases, measure performance, and support business reviews. You will also engage cross-functional teams to define problems, create prototypes, and improve workflows through responsible AI. Key Responsibilities:

Connect processes, data, tools, and decision points Translate strategic visions into sequenced delivery steps Test solutions with users and measure their impact Support business strategy and performance analysis Turn evidence into clear insights, choices, and actions Requirements:

Experience structuring ambiguous business problems Ability to work with business data and test assumptions Experience delivering AI workflows, agents, or tools Sound judgment about accuracy and confidential information Ability to explain solution workings and limitations Use systems thinking, strategic judgment, and responsible AI practices to help Clio teams adopt better ways of working.
