The role involves designing large injection-molded parts and collaborating across departments to ensure design integrity. Key Responsibilities
• Design large-scale injection-molded tooling
• Collaborate with design teams on project specifications
• Provide insights during benchmarking and tool feasibility studies
• Engage with various departments to enhance design outcomes
• Mentor emerging designers, fostering growth within the team
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; degree in a technical field is a plus
• Successfully completed Designer Level 2 training
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Siemens NX Mold Wizard
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
