Key Responsibilities
• Lead safety initiatives and inspections in the workplace
• Supervise production teams and monitor schedules
• Identify and address equipment or process issues proactively
• Record shift activities and maintenance reports accurately
• Collaborate on emergency response and health protocols
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a unionized setting
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
• Basic understanding of machinery lubrication practices
