About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Secretary to provide essential support to senior leadership in Kimberley . This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, impeccable communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing the administrative needs of executives. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and reports, and acting as a key liaison. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling confidential information and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, contributing to the efficient functioning of executive operations in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, directing them appropriately and responding on behalf of executives when authorized.
  • Organize and maintain confidential filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including room bookings and catering.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with executives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
