* HR Leadership Experience in Retail: You’ve worked in the HR field for 7-10 years and have experience managing both people and processes effectively, particularly in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this role; bilingualism is an asset.
* Agile Leadership: With your aptitude for exceptional planning and adaptability, you excel at managing large cross-functional teams. Your autonomous and flexible style allows you to navigate challenges effectively while keeping team morale high.
