APEX is looking for a driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer to enhance operations within its Aerospace Component Manufacturing Group. This full-time position is centered on continuous improvement and hands-on problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.
The successful candidate will report to the Group Manager, guiding projects related to CNC machining, automation technologies, and KPI development. This role requires a proactive spirit, able to lead teams to implement sustainable operational improvements that elevate overall performance standards. You will collaborate with supervisors, programmers, and production teams to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements â€
¢ Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives â€
¢ Evaluate technology integration and automation strategies â€
¢ Create business cases for process improvements â€
¢ Lead KPI development and data analysis efforts
Requirements:

¢ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering â€
¢ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience â€
¢ Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred â€
¢ Knowledge of AI tools and digital solutions an asset â€
