Lead guest service and restaurant operations as a Restaurant Manager at the new Tim Hortons store opening in Innerkip, Ontario. Motivate teams and maintain quality standards.
As Restaurant Manager, you will support the Owner with day-to-day operations in a quick service restaurant. You will train team members, build positive relationships, and uphold Tim Hortons standards for guest service, quality, and cleanliness. Knowledge of the quick service industry supports this leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shifts and provide teams with necessary tools
- Follow Tim Hortons product and equipment guidelines
- Recruit, train, and coach diverse team members
- Promote respectful communication and team understanding
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labour percentage
Requirements:
- Previous Tim Hortons experience is an asset
- Food Safety Qualification is an asset
- First Aid Qualification is an asset
- Knowledge of the quick service industry
