Lead total store operations through customer service, liquor expertise, and people leadership as a Liquor Store Manager.
This Store Manager role suits a customer-driven, community-engaged, results-oriented people leader. You will communicate strategic direction, vision, and values to liquor store employees. Coaching and developing others supports superior service and exceptional customer shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of total store operation
- Communicate strategic direction, vision, and values
- Coach and mentor liquor store employees
- Support goals, reviews, and development plans
- Develop and achieve financial goals
Requirements:
- Three to five years in people leadership
- Experience complying with regulatory requirements and procedures
- Passion for customer service and community involvement
- Successful completion of high school
- Legal age to sell liquor products
