Drive strategic lottery technology initiatives as OLG's Vice President for Lottery Solutions. Shape product vision while leading teams to deliver exceptional customer value and operational success.
This key leadership role requires a seasoned professional to report to the Chief Technology & Information Officer. You will leverage your extensive experience to manage robust lottery technology portfolios and build strategic partnerships with senior leaders across disciplines. Elevate operational excellence through comprehensive oversight of product lifecycle processes and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute product vision and strategy for lottery
• Lead operational excellence in product delivery and service management
• Empower product management leaders in agile methodologies
• Champion enterprise transformation initiatives in lottery
• Ensure alignment with organizational business objectives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant technical or business disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of leadership in technology or software
• Proven success in managing technology transformation efforts
• Excellent communicator capable of driving teamwork
• Skilled in analytical and strategic leadership approaches Lead the charge in delivering innovative lottery solutions that captivate and satisfy players across Ontario at OLG.
