Key Responsibilities
• Directly supervise and develop the operations team
• Collaborate with sales for accurate project costing
• Create competitive product quotations
• Gain operational knowledge of manufacturing techniques
• Oversee HR responsibilities including hiring and performance
• Implement and refine ERP, MRP, and CRM systems
• Maintain operational quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing context
• Familiarity with engineering principles beneficial
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and CRM systems
