Support pediatric clients at home as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, combining personalized care, safety, and clinical excellence.
This LPN position serves patients in their own care settings through nursing care tailored to unique needs and preferences. You will promote comfort, independence, and dignity while delivering compassionate, reliable support. The work also includes building meaningful connections with patients and families throughout their health journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care in clients’ homes
- Tailor care to individual needs and preferences
- Maintain patient comfort and safety
- Help patients preserve independence and dignity
- Develop trusted relationships with patients and families
Requirements:
- Recognized nursing school graduation with required evidence
- Active LPN or RPN provincial registration in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong English communication; French proficiency is an asset
