Pediatric home care nursing in Toronto requires G/GJ tube management and seizure care during Thursday and Friday overnight shifts. Support children within their homes.
WeeCare seeks a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to provide pediatric care in Toronto. The work includes medication administration, documentation, personal care, and family support. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment while following CNO standards and individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide G/GJ tube care and management
- Provide seizure care and management
- Administer and document prescribed medications
- Assist with hygiene and daily living activities
- Report changes in the child's condition
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with CNO
- Experience working with pediatric clients
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within six months
- Professional Liability Insurance
