Lead heavy construction operations with Sureway Construction as an Industrial Foreman in Edmonton and surrounding Alberta areas. Apply supervisory experience and equipment troubleshooting skills.
This full-time, seasonal position oversees daily site operations for civil earthworks, grading, utilities, mine operations, and aggregate extraction. You will supervise operators, support schedules, maintain equipment standards, and promote Sureway’s safety program. Work is local, with no direct public transportation access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations
- Supervise operators to meet schedules and timelines
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and site issues
- Ensure timely equipment maintenance to high standards
- Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
Requirements:
- Five to ten years’ underground, tank foundation, or earthworks experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficiency with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis, and Service Advisor
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electronic schematics
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle
