Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with customers and sales teams
• Perform accurate order entry within 24 hours
• Inform customers about orders via email
• Assist customers with inquiries by phone and email
• Collaborate on cross-functional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Proficiency in French and English, written and oral
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
