Elevate volleyball officiating standards as the Referee Education Manager at Volleyball BC. This full-time role centers on developing and implementing effective referee programs across the province.
In the role of Referee Education Manager, you will oversee the ongoing development of referee education and program administration within Volleyball BC. Reporting directly to the Manager of Pathway Development, you will collaborate with local and national partners to enhance the officiating structure. This position requires administrative expertise and nightly availability during competitions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of referee education initiatives
• Manage referee registration and data systems
• Foster relationships with clubs and referee communities
• Ensure compliance with Volleyball BC policies
• Contribute to comprehensive program evaluations
Requirements:
• Knowledge of volleyball officiating and frameworks
• Three to five years of relevant sport administration experience
• Strong leadership abilities
• Valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver's License
• Current referee certification mandatory Contribute your skills and passion for volleyball to advance the referee development at Volleyball BC.
