Key Responsibilities
• Deliver orientations to all new employees
• Educate teams on safety responsibilities
• Maintain comprehensive training schedules
• Ensure alignment with safety accreditation requirements
• Report on training compliance across the site
Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of mining experience preferred
• Certification as Train the Trainer mandatory
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Eligibility to work in Canada Drive mining safety initiatives and compliance at Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins West Mine.
