Join TekWissen as an IMAC Coordinator focused on coordinating IT equipment tasks in a remote capacity. Your role will involve handling moves, adds, and changes while ensuring efficient processes. At TekWissen, we are seeking an IMAC Coordinator with strong communication and organizational talents. This position requires you to manage various IT activities, such as equipment installation and relocation. You’ll coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests and maintain accurate records of equipment and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities for IT equipment
• Schedule and track installations and removals
• Communicate with technicians, users, and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of work status
• Monitor and resolve ticket requests promptly

Requirements:
• 2+ years of IT coordination experience
• Proven track record in hardware deployments
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting Utilize your IT coordination skills to support seamless operations at TekWissen.
