Drive construction site operations as a Site Operations Superintendent. Ensure project success through coordination, quality control, and site compliance in a supportive team environment.
This role requires a construction professional with at least five years of experience, focused on managing site activities and ensuring all work meets specified standards. Your responsibilities will encompass running site meetings, guiding daily activities, and continually updating project documentation to foster client satisfaction. Emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential in this collaborative role.
Key Responsibilities
• Log detailed activities throughout the day
• Organize required site meetings and safety briefings
• Supervise field staff and coordinate trades
• Update project schedules daily for accuracy
• Perform quality assurance walkthroughs on-site
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent in construction
• Proficient computer skills for stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
• Valid Driver’s License and clean record required
• First Aid certification is advantageous Apply your leadership skills to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and safety requirements across multiple construction projects in the Fraser Valley.
