Step into a leadership position as a Workday HCM Associate Architect at Kainos. Drive quality deployment initiatives and mentor teams while engaging with clients on HCM implementation projects.
This role allows you to utilize your deep knowledge of Workday HCM while developing local capabilities and leading junior staff on projects. You will play an essential part in system design and configuration, while also collaborating with fellow consultants to enhance cross-functional understanding.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality Workday HCM deployments
• Guide junior talent and contribute to team development
• Manage HCM and Core Compensation system configurations
• Resolve complex issues through analytical problem-solving
• Effectively present solutions to diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years as HCM Lead in Workday
• Workday certifications required in HCM and Core Compensation
• Strong knowledge of Workday core and additional modules
• Proven ability in project management and customer relations
