Key Responsibilities
• Develop and scale efficient finance processes and systems
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
• Manage the financial close and reporting cycles
• Coordinate with departments on budgeting and forecasting
• Implement modern tools to enhance financial operations
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years in finance, preferably in high-growth sectors
• CPA designation required
• Proven track record in managing audits and financial reporting
• Experience with finance tool automation
