Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update HR information in BambooHR
• Assist with recruitment and keep ATS updated
• Generate and manage offer letters and contracts
• Organize training sessions and track expenses
• Communicate company updates to employees
Requirements:
• University degree in HR or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Certification CRHA, CHRP, or SHRM valued
• Bilingual skills in English and French are a bonus
• Strong EQ and excellent problem-solving skills Deliver exceptional HR support to enhance the employee experience at dcbel, fostering growth and engagement.
