Configure AutoFi products and integrations as a remote-first SaaS Implementation Configuration Specialist supporting Dealer Partner launches. Apply APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, and CSS.
Reporting to the Manager, Dealer Implementations, you will translate Dealer Partner requirements into functional technical configurations. The work covers new implementations and product expansions for existing partners. You will collaborate with Dealer Onboarding Specialists, internal stakeholders, QA resources, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own configurations and integrations through launch readiness
- Manage approximately 13–20 concurrent implementations
- Apply and validate API and product configurations
- Test work before formal QA validation
- Troubleshoot issues and complete post-launch adjustments
Requirements:
- 2–3 years with SaaS platforms or technical implementations
- Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
Bring technical configuration, integration testing, and ownership to AutoFi’s Dealer Partner implementations across a distributed team.
