XTL Transport seeks a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator for its Operations team. You will gather customer requirements, coordinate freight transfers, track deliveries, and communicate updates. The position requires transportation industry experience, dispatch systems knowledge, and strong organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements, priorities, and delivery constraints
- Coordinate deliveries and freight transfers between branches
- Track orders, deliveries, changes, and unforeseen issues
- Manage dispatch assignments and real-time system updates
- Communicate with customers, drivers, branches, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Two years of trucking or transportation customer service experience
- Excellent French and English command required
- Knowledge of dispatch systems and new technologies
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of geography and transportation routes
