Elevate your career as a Global Intelligence Associate at Morgan Stanley in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on client support, platform adoption, and equity plan compliance.
As an Associate in Global Intelligence, you will work within the client service team at Morgan Stanley at Work. Your responsibilities include increasing adoption of Global Intelligence products, resolving queries, and enhancing client experience. You will also become an expert in regulatory compliance related to equity plans and global tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client queries about the Global Intelligence platform
• Achieve expert understanding of platform and Shareworks tax tool
• Support initiatives to increase client engagement and adoption
• Assist with outreach, usage analysis, and process enhancements
• Create client-facing and internal support materials
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in equity plan management preferred
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Drive client engagement and expert knowledge in equity compensation at Morgan Stanley.
