• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on EHS practices
• Implement Aecon's EHS Management System consistently
• Coach operational leaders on EHS requirements
• Maintain awareness of EHS trends and challenges
• Cultivate relationships with joint-venture EHS leadership
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in EHS leadership roles
• Knowledge of EHS management systems
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Proven track record in safety performance improvement
• Familiarity with infrastructure project execution Drive EHS excellence and cultivate a culture of safety within Aecon’s projects.
