Lead HR transformation consulting at PwC, applying workforce strategy and payroll expertise across client engagements and organisational change initiatives.
As a Workforce Transformation Manager, you will support end-to-end organisation and talent transformation across multiple industries. The work spans HR strategy, payroll transformation, organisation design, workforce planning, people analytics, job architecture, and skills management. You will also contribute to HR technology roadmaps involving Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, and other payroll technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR and payroll transformation client engagements
- Drive skills-based organisation initiatives and labour data analysis
- Manage engagement economics and delivery excellence
- Facilitate client workshops and lead client teams
- Coach colleagues and contribute to thought leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum five years delivering HR and payroll transformation services
- Expertise in talent intelligence and skills-based architecture
- Experience with HR or payroll technology implementations
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills
- Ability to obtain federal government security clearance
