Digital Workforce Transformation - UKG Pro Workforce Implementation Senior Consultant

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Digital Workforce Transformation practice, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement teams, manage project budgets, and deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, understanding their industry and key performance drivers.
- Support and lead business process design, configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Pro WFM solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of consulting experience, with 2-5 years in UKG Pro WFM project implementation, preferably in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- UKG certifications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration) are a plus.
- Experience in solution gap analysis, process design, and client communication.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity, be flexible with travel (up to 30%), and work collaboratively.
