Trans Mountain is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Calgary to enhance workforce reporting and analytics. This contractor role plays a vital part in improving data quality and efficiency.
As a full-time, in-office Reporting Analyst, you will engage in workforce analytics, data auditing, and process enhancement initiatives. Your contributions will help shape decision-making regarding workforce management and align projects with Trans Mountain's dedication to safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive reporting and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits to assure data accuracy and resolve issues
• Develop organization charts for strategic planning
• Maintain detailed position management records
• Collaborate with others on budget forecasting and position planning
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related area
• 1-3 years of relevant compensation experience
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills
• Excellent communication across diverse teams
