In this role, you will train new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and documentation to succeed in their positions. Key Responsibilities
• Onboard and train new employees across various locations
• Maintain onboarding checklists and coordinate staff movements
• Develop documentation workflows with senior management
• Conduct user access reviews and maintain authorization lists
• Assist with compliance audit documentation requests
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Commerce or Economics; securities course an asset
• Five years of experience in finance or investment management
• Demonstrated experience in training roles
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with MS Office tools and learning new systems Bring your training and documentation expertise to enhance the operational efficiency of CC&LFG's Vancouver team.
