Transform financial data into insights as a Financial Performance Manager with FortisBC. This full-time temporary role focuses on developing models to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
At FortisBC, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to create financial models in Excel while aiding in budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with financial systems like SAP and understanding of SOX compliance will enhance your impact on the organization. You will also lead annual budgeting processes and contribute to service quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses independently
• Produce high-quality written submissions for BCUC regulators
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with SOX and financial internal controls
• Provide financial oversight to departmental managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred
• Four years of related leadership experience
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License required Leverage your financial acumen to shape FortisBC's strategy and support its regulatory filings.
