Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound requests to retain customers
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
• Conduct outbound calls to maximize retention
• Promote and upsell Cogeco products effectively
• Troubleshoot escalated customer inquiries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications
