Key Responsibilities
• Address customer inquiries swiftly and accurately
• Develop competitive and detailed quotations
• Support order entry and project transitions
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors on requirements
• Maintain organized records in ERP and CRM systems
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in sales support or project coordination
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ERP knowledge
• HVAC or mechanical industry experience preferred
• Relevant educational background in Business or Engineering
