Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter customer order information into the system
• Provide timely pricing and availability information
• Research and deliver non-complex technical information
• Address minor complaints and escalate issues accordingly
• Actively promote complementary products to increase sales
Requirements:
• College diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or distribution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret technical product information
• Motivated and adaptable with a commitment to learning Leverage your analytical skills and customer focus to excel as an Inside Sales Associate.
