You will be at the forefront of WSP’s ecological efforts, leading the Prairies & North Wildlife team. This dual role combines people leadership with technical expertise to advance diverse projects in the industries of mining, energy, and infrastructure. Based in cities like Calgary and Edmonton, your mission will be to build strong teams and optimize success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage wildlife professionals while prioritizing project deliverables
• Drive career development and performance management within the team
• Collaborate to enhance project quality and resource allocation
• Create a safe, inclusive work environment focused on well-being
• Guide technical oversight on environmental projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant environmental discipline
• Minimum 8 years of progressive consulting experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations
