Shape Sephora Canada’s French social presence from Toronto in a hybrid marketing role focused on video content and influencer partnerships.
As a full-time, 12-month contract Coordinator, you will support English- and French-speaking audiences through social storytelling. The work combines account management, content adaptation, video editing, publishing coordination, and creator campaigns. You will help bring social-first creative concepts and digital experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and adapt video content for French Instagram and TikTok channels
- Coordinate translation, publishing, and French community management
- Manage the owned social content calendar and planning
- Support creator partnerships, product shipments, and influencer events
- Coordinate campaigns and track influencer marketing results
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills
- Strong social media video editing and on-camera comfort
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for beauty, influencers, emerging trends, and digital tools
