Key Responsibilities
• Lead event staff teams of 2–20+ members
• Safely load and unload catering trucks
• Manage the setup and teardown of events
• Uphold high standards for food safety and hygiene
• Foster effective communication with kitchen and venue personnel
Requirements:
• Experience in event catering or hospitality leadership
• Able to work varied settings, from homes to venues
• Reliable and physically capable of handling equipment
• Must be flexible with schedule evenings and weekends
