Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and provide preventive maintenance
• Act as the technical expert for customer needs
• Manage and modify service schedules based on priority
• Submit service reports and month-end expenses
• Foster strong customer relationships in the field
Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant field service experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanics preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of ophthalmic systems and anatomy
