Lead procurement for the Alexandra Bridge Project with Capital Crossing Constructors. As a Bilingual Procurement Manager, you will strategize purchasing from pre-construction to completion.
Capital Crossing Constructors seeks an experienced Bilingual Procurement Manager to oversee procurement for a landmark infrastructure initiative in collaboration with industry leaders. You will guide sourcing and contract negotiations while managing supplier relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, analytical skills, and the ability to cultivate diverse supplier networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop project procurement strategy from pre-bid to completion
• Lead supplier evaluations, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Manage purchase orders and supplier performance
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams
• Monitor procurement budgets and analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years in procurement for infrastructure projects
• SCMP designation considered an asset
• Fluent in English and French
