In this vital role, you will apply your 5+ years of experience in underground construction to lead operations effectively. You will be responsible for planning daily tasks, ensuring compliance with trench safety standards, and working closely with excavation crews. Your strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities will directly influence project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Directly oversee daily underground crew activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols
• Plan and coordinate work strategies for production goals
• Collaborate with pipe layers and excavation operators
• Read and interpret technical project documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years in underground water and sewer construction
• Background as a foreman, lead hand, or senior crew member
• Class 5 Driver’s License is essential
• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certificate preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities Use your expertise to lead successful and safe water and sewer construction projects, contributing to high-quality project delivery.
