This position in the Data Center Solutions unit involves direct collaboration with leading OEMs and hyperscale cloud providers. You will apply your deep technical knowledge and experience to boost customer success and platform reliability using PCIe, CXL, and storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enablement of Microchip Switchtec PCIe products
• Collaborate with customers for technical requirements and support
• Provide expert technical support and documentation
• Drive training sessions and mentor junior team members
• Optimize system performance through cross-functional teamwork
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years’ experience
• Solid understanding of PCI Express and storage architectures
• Experience in software and firmware development
• Proficient in debugging complex systems
