In this front-line engineering position, you will work with the Trading & Supply team, contributing to the Winnipeg and Gretna terminals' safe and effective operations. Your role will emphasize asset management and maintaining high standards for safety and reliability. By partnering with Project Managers, you will ensure that all projects meet operational and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engineering support for reliability and maintenance
• Develop asset management and maintenance plans
• Join project teams to provide operational insights
• Assess risks and participate in design reviews
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• Authorization to work in Canada without restrictions
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Professional Engineer or on track for designation
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Oil and Gas
• Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration and change management Bring your engineering insight to Shell, enhancing operational outcomes in Manitoba.
