Oversee the leasing process at Shepherd’s Care Foundation as a Leasing Manager in Rocky View County, AB. Focus on maximizing occupancy and ensuring a positive experience for new residents.
In this temporary full-time position at the Prince of Peace location, you will work under the General Manager, guiding strategic marketing initiatives and supporting tenant transitions. Your role involves collaboration with teams to enhance wellness and community programs while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct tours and assist prospective tenants and families
• Handle all leasing inquiries and tenant-related questions
• Ensure show suites are prepared for potential residents
• Facilitate lease agreements in line with company policies
• Offer leadership with occupancy reports and updates
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in leasing or 5-7 years in marketing/sales
• Prior experience in senior living is an advantage
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong English language skills required
• Knowledge of organizational compliance standards Excel in a meaningful role that supports seniors' living at Shepherd’s Care.
