Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of complex, high-impact events
• Coordinate project management and logistics through diverse phases
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets for events
• Build relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in event planning
• Expertise in MS Office and event technologies
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
