Enhance nursing education at St. Paul's Hospital as a Nurse Educator specializing in pregnancy, birthing, and newborn care. This full-time, onsite role supports staff through innovative educational strategies.
At Providence Health Care, you will guide nursing staff in delivering exceptional maternity care while promoting patient and family-centered practices. This position requires advanced nursing skills and aims to improve clinical education through designing and implementing tailored programs. Must possess strong coaching and teaching abilities, as well as develop and evaluate educational resources for staff.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Provide clinical support and education to nursing staff â€
¢ Develop and evaluate learning programs and assessments â€
¢ Collaborate for quality improvement in educational practices â€
¢ Monitor staff progress and adjust learning plans â€
¢ Ensure curriculum aligns with evidence-based practices
Requirements:

¢ Current RN registration with BC College of Nurses â€
¢ Three years of relevant experience in maternity care â€
¢ Experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading educational programs â€
¢ Strong ability in adult education principles â€
¢ Capacity to work collaboratively in team settings Leverage your expertise in nursing education to support the next generation of healthcare professionals at St. Paul's Hospital.
