WSP Linear BIM Specialist

Elevate digital infrastructure delivery at WSP as a Linear BIM Specialist for rail and transit projects. Your role will harness Civil 3D and BIM technologies to ensure project success. This position demands a strong leader skilled in creating compliant BIM models and supporting Civil 3D templates. Your experience, ranging from 6 to 10 years, will be key in mentoring junior staff and refining BIM workflows while promoting best practices for national and regional initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Guarantee BIM models satisfy required BIM Standards
• Establish and maintain Civil 3D models for linear infrastructure
• Handle system upgrades and troubleshooting for Civil 3D
• Develop tools to improve linear BIM processes
• Mentor junior members and ensure execution plan compliance

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Civil is preferred)
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in the industry
• Knowledge of ProjectWise, ACC, and BIM tools
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
