Shape the living environment for seniors as our Facility Maintenance Manager. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations and contributing to the welfare of residents through a safe, clean, and managed facility.
As the Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring 24-hour operational coverage and efficient staff coordination. Your supervisory experience, with a minimum of three years, will be essential in implementing effective preventative maintenance systems while enforcing building safety. You will cultivate strong working relationships with other professionals and organizations in healthcare.

Requirements:

¢ Class 5 Certificate or similar qualification â€
¢ Supervisory experience of at least three years in maintenance â€
¢ Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively â€
¢ Fluent in English—read, write, and speak â€
¢ Licensed according to current standards Lead our maintenance efforts to ensure seniors enjoy a high-quality living experience.
