Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group counseling for Anishinaabe students
• Develop culturally relevant programs to support wellness
• Coordinate Bimose Tribal Council initiatives within the school
• Communicate effectively with parents and community organizations
• Monitor student progress and attendance regularly
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Work or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in counseling
• Strong knowledge of Anishinaabe culture and traditions
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
